Le lancement du Plan d'Urgence vient prendre le relais des objectifs de la Charte pour l'Education et la Formation, afin de perpétuer la démarche de réforme du système éducatif. Une analyse de l'état d'avancement de cette réforme est en cours de préparation et sera prochainement publiée.
